Return & Refund Policy

At GINGIBERI, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every piece you choose. If your order is not quite right, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for eligible items.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, certificates, or any included accessories
- Free from signs of wear, damage, alteration, perfume, cosmetics, or other visible use
  
Please contact our customer care team care@gingiberi.com before sending anything back. Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return or exchange.
Quality Issues or Order-Related Errors

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if we made a mistake with your order, GINGIBERI will cover the return or exchange shipping cost.
This includes situations such as:

- Quality issues
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Incorrect item shipped
- Missing item or wrong specification caused by our fulfillment error
  
Please include your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

If the return or exchange is due to personal preference

If you would like to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

This includes situations such as:
- The item is not your preferred style
- The size, color, or length does not feel right
- You changed your mind
- The item does not match your personal expectations, but there is no quality or fulfillment issue
  
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as GINGIBERI is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages sent by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a GINGIBERI quality issue or fulfillment error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another size, color, length, or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

If the exchange is due to a quality issue or a mistake on our side, Gingiberi will cover the related shipping cost.

If the exchange is due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any price difference between the original and replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and personalization reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or used
- Items returned without original packaging, certificates, or accessories
- Items returned without prior authorization

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at care@gingiberi.com with:

Your order number
- The item you would like to return or exchange
- The reason for your request
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  
Our Customer Care team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. 


Our Self-Service Return Center is currently available for customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, France, the Philippines, and Malaysia.

Warranty & Maintenance

All GINGIBERI products come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. From the date of delivery, if a quality issue arises within 3 years, customers are eligible for complimentary repair or maintenance for verified manufacturing defects.


Coverage & Shipping Responsibility

- Quality Issues / Order Errors (e.g. damaged components): GINGIBERI covers both return and reshipment costs. 
- Non-Quality Issues or Repairs Outside Warranty: Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Our team can provide repair recommendations or paid maintenance options. 

Repair Process

To request repair, please provide:
-  Order number 
-  Clear product photos 
-  Description of the issue 
Our team will assess and advise the next steps, which may include free repair, paid repair, or replacement. Repairs outside the warranty period or for non-quality issues may incur fees, with shipping costs covered by the customer.

Pearl Characteristics

Slight irregularities in shape, surface, or natural inclusions, visible or internal, are inherent to each pearl. Pearls are listed by color and may not match images exactly. These characteristics enhance the uniqueness of your piece and are not considered defects. All items shipped are within our quality inspection and pearl grade standards.

Exclusions from Free Maintenance


Free repair does not cover:
-  Replacement of lost pearls or diamonds (if missing, charges apply)
-  Repairs requiring additional materials 
-  Normal wear and tear expected with fine jewelry 
-  Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, pools, or bathing 
-  Loss, chipping, or breakage from accidental damage
