Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Delivery takes approximately 3-6 business days to the USA,

3-5 business days to Canada,

3-5 business days to Australia,

3-6 business days to United Kingdom,

3-7 business days to other countries.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner, GINGIBERI is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, customs, or issues beyond our control.

Customs Duties and Taxes

If your parcel arrives without any customs inspection or additional procedures, you will not be required to pay any extra taxes or fees. However, in the event that your shipment is selected for customs inspection, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes to receive your parcel. Should this occur, we kindly ask you to pay the required amount and provide us with the receipt of your payment.
